  1. Any bidders who obtained license level six and above on Electrical\/Mechanical work contractor in supply, installation &\u00a0Network \/distribution work & license shall be renewed & approved by\u00a0Ethiopian energy authority Copy with Original.<\/li>\n
  2. Bid will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding\u00a0\/NCB\/ procedure as specified in the government and is open to\u00a0all bidders from eligible source countries defined in the guide\u00a0lines manual.<\/li>\n
  3. Bid shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty \/120+28\/ days after bid opening.<\/li>\n
  4. Bid must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the\u00a0table above in\u00a0the form of \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO with validity period not\u00a0less than 120 days + 28 \u00a0days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.<\/li>\n
  5. Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State Water\u00a0and Energy Bureau, water schemes construction input supply\u00a0directorate, Room No: – One Wash National Program Unit Building, Bahir\u00a0Dar, at or before 9:00 AM on March,30\/2026 GC and shall be opened at 9:30 AM on the same date in the\u00a0presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.<\/li>\n
  6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and\u00a0licenses which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C.<\/li>\n
  7. Complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased directly\u00a0from the Water and Energy Bureau, Finance\u00a0and Property Administration Directorate \u00a0room number 84 up on payment of \u00a0a\u00a0nonerefundable fee birr 1,000.00 \/One Thousand birr\/.<\/li>\n
  8. The Bureau has the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
