INVITATION TO BID

To all Consthants of Category – I whose Relevant License is valid for the year 2018 E.C.

1. Awi Nation Administration Zone Dangila Wereda Administration now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bid to perform Architectural and Engineering Design for G+4 Office Building, Assembly Hall, Fence with security guard tower and Architectural Design for Existing building, at Dangila Town.
2. Fender document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the Dangila Wereda Administration Finance office and up on non-refundable payment of Birr 500.00 During the official working hours upon presentation of certificate of registration on the service providers and currently renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C.
3. Wax-sealed bid documents (one original and one copy) shall be delivered for both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document separately.
4. All bids must be delivered to the Dangila Wereda Administration Finance office, Tel. 058 140 06 82, at Dangila before 12/05/2018 E.C at 4:00 local time. But if all invited bidders delivered the bid documents are at the opening day the documents will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
5. Prequalification (Technical) and price (Financial) documents shall be in separate sealed envelopes and must accompanied by a bid security birr 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand) in Cash receipt (Mehi-1) of Dangila wereda finance or an acceptable form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank Guarantee in separate envelope.
6. Pic-qualification; Technical) documents will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend of 12/05/2018 EC at 4:15 local time at the office of Dangila Wereda Administration Finance office in room No 04 at Dangila Town. If opening day is holy day the bid document will be opened on the next day.
7. Rejection Criteria:- The employer will reject the bidder whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions.
8. Bidders should attach /present currently renewed Trade License, Tax clearance, Renewed Registration Certificate to the technical document.
9. Bidders should submit one original & one-copy for both Technical and financial document separately with sealed envelope.
10. All attached files should be signed by authorized person and stamped
11. Bidders must present certificate of VAT registration for bid amount 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) above and Tax payer identification Number (TIN No.).
