- Any bidders who obtained license level six and above on Electrical/Mechanical work contractor in supply, installation & Network /distribution work & license shall be renewed & approved by Ethiopian energy authority Copy with Original.
- Bid will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding /NCB/ procedure as specified in the government and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries defined in the guide lines manual.
- Bid shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty /120+28/ days after bid opening.
- Bid must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO with validity period not less than 120 days + 28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
- Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau, water schemes construction input supply directorate, Room No: – One Wash National Program Unit Building, Bahir Dar, at or before 9:00 AM on March,30/2026 GC and shall be opened at 9:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
- Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C.
- Complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased directly from the Water and Energy Bureau, Finance and Property Administration Directorate room number 84 up on payment of a nonerefundable fee birr 1,000.00 /One Thousand birr/.
- The Bureau has the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
