Bid Notice

The Amhara Development Association (ADA) is an indigenous not-for-profit organization established in May 1992. ADA emerged as a local Non-Governmental Organization to contribute to the economic and social progress of the people of the Amhara National Region. The major objective of ADA is to support the development endeavor of the people and government of Amhara region through gap filling activities so that development needs could be addressed in favor of disadvantaged population.

ADA is implementing US DOS/Family Focused HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services in Amhara Region. It is a prime partner and leads the activity and provides technical assistance to the local implementing partners.

ADA has planned to procure Laptop Computer

Therefore, ADA invites all potential suppliers that have renewed trade licenses, VAT registration certificates and tax payer registration certificates (TIN number) to send their bid.

Basic information for interested bidders

1. Local bid documents can be obtained from ADA head office, Bahir Dar city, Kebele 05, Room No.410 with in 10 (Teen) consecutive days since the date of this announcement.
2. Bids must be delivered in person to ADA head office, Bahir Dar city, Kebele 05, 4^th floor Room No.410 with a sealed envelope within 10 (Ten) consecutive days since the date of this announcement.
3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1%of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or they must be secured by an unconditional Bank guarantee.
4. The winner is expected to sign the contract agreement with in three days since the receipt of notification.
5. The bid closing date shall be on the 10^th consecutive day at 2:00pm.
6. The bids will be opened on the 10^th consecutive day at 2:30pm in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ADA head office Bahir Dar city.
7. ADA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
8. The delivery place is ADA head office, Bahir Dar.
9. VAT will be collected by the supplier.
10. The association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
