- The ANRS Road Transport and Logistics Bureau invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for Consultancy Service for the Architectural and Engineering Design of Kemise Traffic Complex This is located in Oromia Special zone of in Amhara Region.
- Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences;
- Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development or Bureau of Industry and Urban Development renewed for 2018 EFY with Category One in Architectural and Engineering Consultancy & with Category Three and above for Engineering Consultancy (general).
- Trading License renewed for 2018 EFY; and It’s Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of the bids.
- TIN number & VAT Registration Certificates.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible consultants as specified and defined in the Bidding Document.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on working days. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 1000 till the date and time specified below.
- Consultants are advised to read & Comply in full with the “Instruction to Consultant” and Conduct site visit.
- Architectural /Engineering Design Services shall be completed within Ninety (90) days.
- Bidders shall submit two envelopes “Qualification information and Bid security” in envelop and “Financial bid” separately in another envelop (One Original & One Copy) and should be sealed in an outer envelope.
- Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical qualification first and financial bids for qualified bidders next.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee of ETB 100,000 (ETB: One hundred thousand).
- Sealed Prequalification & Priced document Bids shall be submitted to Amhara road Transport and Logistics Bureau Transport and Logistics Infrastructure Directorate Room Number 004 Tele 058 222 13 24 on or before 22th Calendar days from the first advertisement at 2:00 P.M.The Bid shall be publicly opened at 22th Calendar day starting from first advertisement date at 2:30 P.M. If the opening date lies on non- working day it will be shifted to the next working day. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/ bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below, on the final date and time of bid submission as stated above.
- The ANRS Road Transport and Logistics Bureau reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
