Bees for Development Ethiopia (BFD) Planed to Purchase of Vehicle and invites qualified Suppliers to tender for the provision of Agricultural Inputs. There fore, we hereby inform that only bidders who meet the following criteria are eligible to bid.
- Local bid documents can be obtained from BfDE Main Office Bahir Dar City Kebele 13, Floor 2 Room No. 14.
- Binder Must Provide a current and valid business license have paid taxes and be able to provide proof of tax payment, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.
- The Winner is expected to sign the contract agreement and Code of conduct for suppliers within Two days since the receipt of notification.
- Bidders must submit photocopies of the documents mentioned in No. 2 above along with their bidding documents to participate in the bid.
- Bidders can obtain the bidding documents at the main office, second floor, office number 14, located in the Mulu Belew Building, Bahir Dar Kebele 13, by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred birr only/.
- Bidders must provide a bid bond of 2% of the total value of the work for which they are bidding, in the form of a certified payment order (CPO) or a non-conditional bank guarantee.
- Bidders shall not be entitled to any deductions or omissions in the tender document submitted on a single price. They shall submit the financial document prepared by the organization in a sealed envelope, duly filled in and signed.
- The deliver place is BfDE Main office.
- Bidders are requested to submit photocopies of their bid documents in a separate sealed envelope, clearly marked, within 10 consecutive days from the date of publication of this announcement in Bekur Magazine, in accordance with the above requirements. The bids can be submitted in the bid box provided for this purpose at Office No. 14, Second Floor, Bahir Dar Mulu Belew Building. The bids will be sealed on the 10 th consecutive working days at 5:30 PM and opened on the 11 th of Consecutive working days at 9:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives. If the bid opening date is not aworking day, it will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
