Amhara National Regional State Justice professional Training and legal Research Institute through the Government of Ethiopia has received finance from the Capital Budgets for the SDG and intends to apply parts of the funds for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
The Amhara National Regional State Justice professional Training and legal Research Institute now invites eligible bidders who have work licenses in water works construction for the construction of Justice professional Training and legal Research Institute lowest pressure line water supply Project.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the ANRS Justice professional Training and legal Research Institute, Office No 11 finance directorate upon payment of a none refundable fee Birr 300 /Three Hundred Birr/. The method of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be directly sent by the bidder or its legal representative.
All bids should be submitted based on the free market price and current basic materials should attach the bid document.
Both the pre-qualification and price bid document shall be the separate envelopes and wax sealed (one original and Two copy).
Applicants who do not score a minimum of 70% of a technical qualification criteria allocated 100% points will be considered as not pre-qualified and their price (financial) bid document will be returned to the applicant without opening it. And all bids will be evaluated technical and financial least bidder.
Sealed pre-qualification & price bid document shall be summited to ANRS Justice professional Training and legal Research Institute Directorate, Office No 11 finance directorate Bahir Dar, before 9:30A.M Nov 04/ 2024 G.C; and Bids shall be opened at 9:30 A.M on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. If the bid opening date is Holiday, opening date will be the next working day. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.
Bidders must present VAT registration certificate.
Bidders must provide certificate of satisfactory execution of previous contract and/or not experience provided by other contracting parties to other to the contracted concerned in number and within the period specified in the bid sheet for similar size /type of contract within a budget at least that of this contract.
Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2016 E.C. The following document renewed license, VAT registration certificate and tax payer identification number TIN, the bidder should have be attached this document on both financial and Technical proposal of their bid document.
The bidder who participates in this project Shan submit separate key Personnel, Machinery and Summation experience; financial states i.e. turnover….
The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids without giving reasons therefore and to waive informalities and irregularities, which do not constitute a material modification in the bids received.
