Organization for Social Service, Health, and Development (OSSHD) is seeking competent and reliable suppliers, service providers, and professionals for items and services for the Gondar Branch Office. OSSHD is a non-profit, civil society organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive health and social services. Its areas of focus include HIV prevention and treatment, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), immunization programs, social protection initiatives, resettlement support for internally displaced persons (IDPs), and peace advocacy.
The categories include Non-Food Items, Dignity Kits, Solar Panel & its accessories, and light vehicles, Mark 4 type of field car. Tender document collection is from November 17, 2025, to November 21, 2025. Submission deadline is November 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Public opening is November 22, 2025, at 4:30 AM. OSSHD invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the procurement of the following Lots.

Required qualifications and experience;
- The suppliers that need to participate in this BID must have a renewed trade license for 2017 E.C., a tax clearance certificate, a VAT registration, and other relevant documents.
- Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
- Copy of TIN Certificate
- Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
- Bid documents shall be collected from the OSSHD Gonder Branch office from November 17, 2025, to November 21, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 (one thousand birr only) – Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The bidder shall submit a bid security in the form of a CPO or bank guarantee prepared in the name of the OSSHD with a separate envelope. The CPO or bank guarantee value will be 2% of the bid price proposed by the bidder.
- This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders fulfilling the above criteria, and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the RFP (Request for Proposal).
- The bidder must collect a hard copy of the bidding document directly from our office as indicated below.
- A bidder can compete for one or more lots, and a single bidder will be awarded multiple Lots upon extreme caution on its capability.
- The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives in the OSSHD Gonder Branch Office.
