A Senior Cost and Budget Head develop and executes Cost and Budget strategies to awareness Cost of Manufacture, Cost of Products, Cost of Input output Cost Effectiveness, manages product costs and Cost Minimization across various channels, analyzes and, collaborates with others departments, tracks performance metrics to calculate cost, manages budgets, and often mentors junior team members to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Execution: Creates and implements comprehensive Finance plans and campaigns aligned with company goals.
Campaign Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of products, from plan analysis. Cost and Budget Analysis: Conducts research on consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with Production, product development, Sales and other teams to ensure integrated Finance efforts. Performance Monitoring: Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzes campaign effectiveness, and reports on results. Budget Management: Manages the Company budget, allocating resources effectively for optimal return on investment (ROI).
