 Invitation to Office Security service for Field Coordination Office 4, Area programs and Project sites

 

World Vision International Ethiopia (WVIE) Field Coordination Office 4 would like to invite your esteemed company to participate in the bid for Office security Service bidders.

 

Bidder must collect printed documents from World Vision International Ethiopia (WVIE) Field Coordination Office 4, Bahir Dar Office sign, stamp on it and then submit to our organization before 2:30 PM on SEPTEMBER 08, 2026

Bidders must have a sealed bid security in the form of CPO/bank guarantee, but not insurance that clearly written to “World Vision International Ethiopia, Field Coordination office 4”, amounting to 1% of the bid offer before VAT for the valid period of 90 calendar days and must be delivered to the address below before 2:30 PM on SEPTEMBER 08, 2026, WVE- Field Coordination Office Four, Bahir Dar.

The bid will be opened at 3:00 PM on SEPTEMBER 08, 2026 in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who choose to attend. If no bidder is present, the Bid Opening Panel will proceed with opening the bid.

Inspection of documents and further information can be obtained from WVIE, Field Coordination Office 4, Bahir Dar.

Note the following during preparation

  1. Bidders are expected to fill in their unit prices, sign & stamp, then submit them to our organization before 2:30 PM on SEPTEMBER 08, 2026
  2. Bidders are not allowed to change the specification given to them. Changing specifications automatically leads to rejection from the bid and cancelling from prequalification list.
  3. Submit all the renewed legal documents like Trade license, trade registration, TIN, VAT, renewed Certificate of Competency, Registration Certificate for the Fiscal year 2018 EC (2026 GC) with Original financial envelope. Failure to do so may result in rejection from bid.
  4. The winner shall be required to present evidence of criminal check from authorized body and will receive adequate orientation on our Child Protection Policy, must sign on it and comply with the standards stated in the Policy.
  5. Bidders are expected/advised to visit the area programs with their own expense (but not mandatory requirement). It should be noticed that any complain regarding accessibility issues will not be accepted during project implementation period except for unexpected force majeure, which cannot be forecasted.
  6. The winner shall be required to sign acknowledgement form for child protection and safeguarding policy and also expected to declare a statement in writing that no litigation and criminal cases.

   Note: World Vision International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
